ZincOx Update
At the General Meeting to be held today to approve resolutions in relation to a proposed Placing and possible fundamental change of business, the Company will announce that discussions with potential investors are continuing, with the aim to secure at least US$5m of funding by the end of 2015. There is, however, no certainty that these discussions will lead to a successful outcome.
The General Meeting is to be held at 10:00am today, Friday, 18 December 2015, at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.
