The Company announces that it was notified today that on 12 May 2009, Jerry Saville, a non-executive director of ZincOx Resources plc, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("shares") at a price of 65.6 pence per share. He now holds 10,000 shares (representing 0.01% of the issued share capital).
