Zoo Digital Group PLC08 February 2007 For immediate release 8 February 2007 ZOO Digital Group plc ("ZOO Digital" or "the Company") Six-monthly Block Listing Application Update On 11 July 2006, the Company provided an update on the number of ordinary sharesof 0.2p each ("New Ordinary Shares") under block admission under three separateCompany Share Option Schemes. As at 30 June 2006, 19,724,746 ordinary shareswere under block admission as follows: ZOO Digital Group plc roll-over share option scheme 3,052,600 ZOO Digital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 8,691,450 ZOO Digital Group plc Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme 7,980,696 Following the 75:1 share consolidation, the Company can confirm that for theseven-month period to 31 January 2007 options over a total of 38,705 ordinaryshares under the ZOO Digital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Schemehave now lapsed, options over a total of 95,807 shares in the Kazoo3D Unapprovedshare option scheme have lapsed and options over a total of 40,701 shares in theZOO Digital Group plc roll-over share option scheme have lapsed. The balance of ordinary shares remaining unissued under the block listingapplication is therefore 87,783 as follows: ZOO Digital Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 77,181 Kazoo3D Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme 10,602 The exercise price of the share options is in a range between £2.06 and £7.88.
