Zoltav announces that it was notified on 17 January 2012 that on 16 January 2012 Mark Nicholas Tompkins acquired 3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this transaction he is interested in 41,500,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 11.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
