Holding statement

Zoltav, a company focused on acquiring and developing natural resource assets initially in the Former Soviet Union, notes the recent weekend media speculation regarding Board changes and other corporate developments.

Whilst the Company is in discussions with potential new Board members, these have not been finalised and there can be no certainty that any such appointments will be made.The Company cannot comment at this stage on discussions between shareholders but will update the market as appropriate.
