Crosby Capital Partners Inc28 March 2007 Crosby Capital Partners Inc. DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING Crosby Capital Partners Inc. ('the Company') has granted options to StuartWestwater and Peter Moss both Non-Executive directors of the Company. On the 23March 2007 Mr Westwater and Mr Moss were each granted 150,000 options in respectof ordinary shares of US$0.01 each at an exercise price of 32.65p (calculatedusing the average closing price of the shares on each of the five trading dayspreceding the date of grant). Following the grant of these options Mr Westwater's and Mr Moss's beneficialholdings in the Company's shares amount to options over 300,000 shares and1,150,000 shares respectively.
