Directorate Changes

Zoltav is pleased to announce the appointment, effective immediately, of Oliver Donagher as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Donagher has had a 15 year career in the financial services sector. He is currently a Senior Trust Officer with Ariannol Trustees (Suisse) SA. Prior to joining Ariannol Trustees, he spent approximately 10 years working for Lincoln Trust Company in Jersey, leaving in 2008 to join the Horizon Group, an independent provider of wealth management services, working as an associated director. Oliver has been invited to join the Board of Directors of Ariannol, which appointment is awaiting formal shareholder approval and registration with the authorities in Geneva.

David Francis, a non-executive director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from his office with effect from 7 June 2013, as he intends to devote more time to pursuing personal interests.

Commenting on the board changes, Symon Drake-Brockman, Executive Chairman, said:

"We thank David Francis for his valuable contribution to the Company's successful development and in particular for helping to steer the Company through to completion of its first acquisition. We welcome Oliver Donagher to the Board and look forward to working with him to further Zoltav's development following its readmission."
