Crosby Capital Partners Inc30 January 2007 Crosby Capital Partners Inc. ("Crosby" or the "Company") Issue of Shares Application has been made to AIM for the listing of 600,000 Ordinary shares ofUS$0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') that have been issued under the Crosby ShareOption Scheme. The new Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu with the existingissued shares of the Company. It is expected that admission of the new OrdinaryShares to trading on AIM will occur on 5 February 2007. The total number of issued Ordinary Shares of the Company will be 243,275,000after admission to trading on Aim of the new Ordinary Shares. Shareholders may use the above figures as the denominator for calculation bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, ora change to their interest in, Crosby under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
