Directors Dealing

zamano plc (the ''Company'') announces that, on 6 December 2010, John O'Shea, Director, exercised options in the Company in respect of 707,000 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.1 cent per share. These shares rank pari passu in all respect with the existing issued ordinary shares. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on ESM and AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 13 December 2010. Following the exercise of these options, Mr O'Shea is interested in 2,461,902 shares in the Company representing approximately 2.56 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.

Following the admission of these new shares to trading, the Company will have 96,117,911 ordinary shares of 0.1 cent each in the capital of the Company with voting rights and admitted to trading on ESM and AIM. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 96,117,911 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
