Board Changes

The Company today announces that Fergal Scully, non-executive director, has notified the Company that he is resigning as a Director of zamano with effect from 13 April 2017. The Company is grateful to Fergal for his valuable contribution during his tenure. Given the recent Company decision to close down the existing business lines, Fergal believes this is an appropriate time for him to step down from the Board.

The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. Pat Landy as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 12 April 2017. The Company believes Pat will be able to add significant value to the Company during the wind down phase given his detailed knowledge of zamano from his previous tenure as Director and his extensive business and corporate finance experience.

Mr. Landy was previously a director of the company between February 2011 and November 2016. He also served as CEO of the Company between November 2011 and January 2014.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the ESM and AIM Rules for Companies. Mr. Landy, aged 66 years, has been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:
