RNS Teachers TV Contract Award

Ten Alps Plc, the factual media company, announces that further to the RNS announcement of preferred supplier status on 14 March 2008, the Teachers TV contract has now been signed by the consortium, Education Digital 2, in which Ten Alps' subsidiary Brook Lapping Productions is a 75% shareholder, and by the Department for Children, Schools and Families.

The contract covers a five-year period to 2013, with a possible two and half-year extension thereafter. The 25% shareholder is ITN (Independent Television News.).
