CEO Presentation at CIEHC 2020

Zenith Energy Ltd., ("Zenith" or the "Company"), (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE; OSE: ZENA-ME), the international oil & gas production company, is pleased to announce that its Chief Executive Officer & President, Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, presented at the 4th edition of the Republic of the Congo's International Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition ("CIEHC") yesterday (February 20, 2020).

Mr. Cattaneo delivered a presentation during a session on the topic of "Promoting Successful Partnerships to Advance Exploration & Production in the regional oil and gas sector". The session specifically centred on the role of junior oil and gas production and exploration companies operating in West Africa.

The Republic of Congo is currently the third largest oil producing country in sub-Saharan Africa and the CIEHC is the official platform, organised by the Ministry of Hydrocarbons of the Republic of the Congo and AME Trade, for the government to share and discuss its vision for the future of the national oil and gas industry with key stakeholders in the country.

Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

The Company operates the largest onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan by cumulative acreage following the signing of a 25-year REDPSA, (Rehabilitation, Exploration, Development and Production Sharing Agreement), with SOCAR, State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2016. Zenith also operates, or has working interests in, a number of natural gas production concessions in Italy. The Company's Italian operations produce natural gas, condensate and electricity.
