YouGov PLC18 January 2006 For immediate release 18 January 2006 YouGov plc ('the Company' or 'YouGov') Directors' Dealings The Company announces that on 16 January 2006 Peter Bazalgette, Non-ExecutiveDirector of YouGov, acquired 6,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of300p per share. Following this transaction Peter Bazalgette's totalshareholding in the Company is 33,667 ordinary shares, representing 0.25% of thecurrent issued share capital of YouGov. In addition, the Company announces that on 17 January 2006, Anthony Foye, Non-Executive Director of YouGov, acquired 6,263 ordinary shares in the Company at aprice of 317p per share. Following this transaction Anthony Foye's totalshareholding in the Company is 22,513 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of thecurrent issued share capital of YouGov.
