YouGov plc ("YouGov" or the "Company"), theΒ internationalΒ online market research agency, announced today the appointment of Nick Jones asΒ aΒ non-executive Director. Nick joins the BoardΒ in place ofΒ Anthony FoyeΒ whoΒ is steppingΒ down with immediate effect to pursueΒ hisΒ otherΒ business interests. Anthony has been a non-executive Director of the Company since March 2005, prior to its admission to AIM.Β
Nick JonesΒ (44)Β has 17 years experience in senior financialΒ and managerialΒ rolesΒ in technology and media businesses in theΒ UK,Β USAΒ andΒ Germany.Β He is currentlyΒ Chief Financial Officer of Achilles Group, the global provider of sustainable procurement services.Β Prior to this,Β Nick held senior positions at Reuters PLCΒ and Virgin MediaΒ where he gained significant experience inΒ theΒ integrationΒ of global businesses.Β Nick is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.Β
