JonsonHelps, currently Finance Director, will take on the role of Financial Controllerfor the Group and will step down from the Board. Katherine (age 31) joins from Grant Thornton UK LLP where she has been SeniorManager in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance since November 2004.Katherine previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney and Leeds fromFebruary 2000 until June 2003.
