No decision has, or can be taken with respect to the future of the Ram Brewerysite until this review is completed. A DESCRIPTION OF ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN FINANCIAL OR TRADING POSITION OF THE APPLICANT, WHICH HAS OCCURRED SINCE THEEND OF THE LAST FINANCIAL PERIOD FOR WHICH AUDITED STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED: There has been no significant change in the financial or trading position of Young's since 2 April 2005, the date towhich the last audited statements have been published.
