The Company notes the recent rise in its share price. The Company confirms that it is in discussions in relation to a possible transaction which, if completed, would constitute a reverse transaction pursuant to the AIM Rules. Consequently, the Company has requested that its shares are temporarily suspended with immediate effect, pending a further announcement.
