Manchester, UK - 9 May 2019:Â Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), a leading international molecular diagnostics group, announces that it was notified yesterday by Barry Hextall and Hayden Jeffreys, both directors of the Company, that they respectively purchased 89,551 and 222,348 ordinary shares of 0.10p each in the Company yesterday at an average price of 11.2 pence per ordinary share. Extension of warrant
Furthermore, the Company announces that it has agreed to extend the exercise period by a year of a warrant granted over 1,411,227 ordinary shares that was scheduled to expire on 13 June 2019.
