Result of AGM
Yew Grove REIT plc (LSE:YEW, Euronext:YEW), which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
All of the resolutions were voted upon by a poll and were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The full text of each resolution is contained in the notice of Annual General Meeting, which is available on the Company's website http://www.ygreit.com (with each resolution number below corresponding to the resolution number in the notice).
The number of proxy votes for and against each of the resolutions put before the Annual General Meeting and the number of votes withheld were as follows. The total number of Ordinary shares in issue was 124,922,210 shares.
