XPS announces that, on 26 November 2020, Jonathan Bernstein, Chief Operating Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") transferred ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from a nominee account to a personal account. The beneficial ownership of the shares remained the same.
