Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the announcement made on 30 November 2010, the Company has agreed with Mr. Collie that rather than the share element of his salary being satisfied on a monthly basis, the shares will be issued on a six monthly basis. Accordingly the Company announces that it has issued Mr. Collie with the following ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, based on the closing price of the ordinary shares on 29 March 2012:

Application has been made to AIM for the admittance to trading of 471,698 ordinary shares. Trading is expected to commence on 5 April 2012.
Following the admission of the 471,698 ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 1,157,458,396 ordinary shares. This figure (1,157,458,396 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
