XPS announces that, on 15 February 2023 David Watkins, Head of Administration and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 12,658 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.60 per Ordinary Share.
