XPS announces that, on 21 August 2020, Ben Bramhall, Chief Executive Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") transferred ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to a nominee account. The beneficial ownership of the shares remained the same.
