XP Power Limited (the “Company”), in accordance with 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority’s (the “FCA’s”) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules notifies the following:

As at the close of 31 August 2017, the Company’s issued and ordinary share capital comprised 19,242,296 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”). The Company holds 7,500 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 19,234,796.

This figure of 19,234,796 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA`s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
