XP Power, a world leading developer and manufacturer of critical power controlcomponents to the electronics industry, announces the following forthcomingchange to its Board of Directors (the "Board"). Mr Michael Hafferty, who hasserved as a Non-Executive Director since April 2007, has informed the Board ofhis intention to stand down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2012.
