Xplorer plc (LSE: XPL), the LSE Main Market listed investing company, announces that on 11 October 2013, John Roddison acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 22 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Roddison's interest in the Company has increased to 2,053,300 ordinary shares, representing 18.25% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
John Roddison also has an interest in 1,875,000 warrants with the right to subscribe for 1,875,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share, exercisable at any time up to 10 July 2016.
