Xplorer plc (LSE: XPL), the LSE Main Market listed investing company, announces that on 19 August 2013, John Roddison (Non-Executive Director) acquired 28,250Ā ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.15p pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, John Roddison has an interest in 2,028,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 18.03% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

John Roddison also has an interest in 1,875,000 warrants with the right to subscribe for 1,875,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share, exercisable at any time up to 10 July 2016.
