Appointment of CFO
Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Williamson as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Group. It is intended that Michael will commence his role and be appointed to the Board with effect from 1 March 2021.
Michael is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 20 years' experience in publicly listed and privately owned shipping, logistics and freight forwarding companies. He is currently Global Director Finance & Controlling and Regional CFO of Northern Europe for Rohlig Logistics, an international freight forwarder with annual group revenues in excess of €900 million. Prior to joining Rohlig Logistics in 2016, Michael was CFO of the Ports and Terminals Division at Grindrod Limited, a South African based logistics freight forwarding business listed on the JSE. He has held senior management positions at Grindrod Limited since 1998 with numerous responsibilities in finance, strategy and risk management.
Commenting on the appointment, Robert Ross, CEO, said, "I am looking forward to working with Michael. He brings a high level of sector experience and extensive expertise of working with cross-border freight forwarding operations. He is a high calibre individual with the requisite skills to match the growth ambitions of the Xpediator Group."

As at today's date, Mr Williamson does not hold any ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, however in accordance with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for Directors' and key management, Michael will be granted nil cost options for ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company on the 1 March 2021. The relevant disclosures will be made when options are issued.
There are no further disclosures pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies to be made in respect of Mr Williamson's appointment.
