Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, announces that the following directors received ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares"), at the reference price of 25.75 pence per share, through the Scrip dividend announced on 21 May 2020 and issued on 30 June 2020.

Subsequent to the scrip dividend being issued, Cogels Investments Limited, a person closely associated with Stephen Blyth (Non-Executive Director), has in total purchased 1,000,000 shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25 pence per share from Richard Myson, PDMR (Chief Commercial Officer), on 30 June 2020.
Following this transaction Cogels Investments Limited holds 37,781,048 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 26.68% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
On the completion of the sale of 1,000,000 shares, Richard Myson owns 3,116,271 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.2% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Application has been made for the admission of the scrip dividend Ordinary Shares which is expected to occur on 6 July 2020.
