Appointment of Interim-Chair

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading global digital performance publisher, announces that Christopher Bell has now formally stepped down as non-executive Chair of XLMedia having announced his intention to leave on 19 January 2022.

Julie Markey, currently a non-executive Director of the Company and Chair of the remuneration committee, has been appointed Interim Chair whilst the process of appointing a replacement is undertaken.
