XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 5 February 2020, Stuart Simms, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 879,973 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26.45 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Simms has a total beneficial interest in 879,973 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.47% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 187,128,659 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
