PDMR Dealings
Following the recent Tender Offer, under which several of the Company's PDMRs tendered their shares, the Company announces the sale of shares by directors/PDMRs as follows:

Note that Cédric Boireau, a Director of the Company has no personal interest in the shares of XLMedia, however he is an advisor to Premier Investissement SAS, which, as announced on 13 May 2025 following the completion of the recent Tender Offer, owns 10.90% of the Company's shares (4,492,754 ordinary shares).
Further to the completion of the Tender Offer, the Company also announces that Ory Weihs today sold his remaining 494,527 shares in the market at a price of 6p per share.
Further details of the sales are included in the notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
