IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SECURITYHOLDERS

under its Secured ETC Precious Metal Linked Securities Programme

in relation to its

Series 1 Xtrackers Physical Gold ETC (ISIN: GB00B5840F36) andSeries 13 Xtrackers Physical Gold GBP Hedged ETC (ISIN: GB00B68FL050)(each a “Series” and the “Securities”)

Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the current base prospectus relating to the Programme.

The Issuer hereby inform Securityholders that each set of Final Terms relating to each Series set out in the table below issued from the “Date of First Impact” to 09 February 2023 (as defined in the table below) incorrectly overstated the aggregate number of ETC securities in issuance under section “5 Aggregate Number of ETC Securities: (i) Of Series:” by the number set out in the table under “Difference”.

Final Terms issued after 09 February 2023 contain the correct number. The information relating to aggregate number of securities outstanding set out in other parts of the website www.etf.dws.com and the financial statements was correct.

Notices to Securityholders are validly delivered to the Clearing System(s) for communication by the Clearing System(s) to the Securityholders.
