IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF THE FOLLOWING SUB-FUND
db x-trackers Barclays USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF (DR)
(the “Sub-Fund”)

The Board of Directors hereby informs the Shareholders of the Sub-Fund that effective on or about 9 June 2017, the name of the Sub-Fund will change to db x-trackers USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF (DR).
Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the Prospectus) unless the context otherwise requires.
The above change will be reflected in a revised supplement of the Sub-Fund (the "Supplement") to be issued on or about 9 June 2017. Copies of the revised Supplement reflecting the above change will be available on the website of the Company (http://www.etf.deutscheam.com), and a copy may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of the foreign representatives, once available. Neither the contents of the Company’s website nor the contents of any other website accessible from hyperlinks on the Company’s website is incorporated into, or forms part of, this announcement.
