Xchanging PLC17 March 2008 17 March 2008 Xchanging plc Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 3,601,803 ordinary shares of 5p each ofXchanging plc to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to theOfficial List upon issuance. This comprises 812,804 Ordinary Shares of 5p eachunder The Xchanging Group Approved Share Option Plan and 2,788,999 OrdinaryShares of 5p each under The Xchanging Group Unapproved Share Option Plan. The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary share capital of the company.
