Xaar plc (the "Company")
The Company was yesterday notified that on 6 April 2009 Ramon Borrell, a Director of the Company, purchased 7,910 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 59.94p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's total beneficial interest in the Company is 77,698 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
