BOARD CHANGE
Xaar plc ("Xaar"Β or "the Company"), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge,Β announces that Mr Richard King has now retired from the boardΒ as aΒ non-executive Director.
Phil Lawler, Chairman, said: "We would like to thank Richard for theΒ hugeΒ contribution he has made to Xaar over the years. Richard hasΒ mentored and counselled the board wisely since theΒ CompanyΒ was founded in 1990,Β assisted withΒ the successful Initial Public Offering in 1997Β and has beenΒ an importantΒ part ofΒ the team which has delivered the growthΒ ofΒ recent years. We wish him well in retirement."
