The shares referred to above are Xaar plc ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of the options exercised under the Xaar plc 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan, 43,556 had been granted on 11 April 2011 and vested on 11 April 2014, and 64,583 had been granted on 2 April 2012 and vested on 2 April 2015, having met the performance criteria in full. The exercise price under the LTIP was nil pence per Ordinary Share.
