CEO Succession
The Board of Xaar plc ("Xaar" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its Board succession and changes announcement of 26 September 2019.
The handover of responsibilities and transition have progressed very well and so consequently Doug Edwards has agreed with the Board to confirm John Mills as Chief Executive Officer from today and to step down from the Board.
Doug will continue to be available to the Company until 31 March 2020 as previously announced, and will remain Chairman of Xaar 3D Limited until 31 December 2019. In addition, he will be working with Xaar's US based Product Print Systems business on their current business plan and the migration of the management relationships to John and the Xaar Board.
No further information is required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
