Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has issued 11,453 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 2.20p per ordinary share pursuant to the exercise of certain SAYE options by employees (the "SAYE Shares").

The Company has also issued 7,429 ordinary shares in lieu of a cash payment owed to certain parties (the "Additional Shares").

Application will be made for the SAYE Shares and the Additional Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 8 February 2012.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 16,633,245 Ordinary Shares and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,633,245. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
