("Wynnstay" or "the Company")
Wynnstay ESOP Trust Transactions
The Company announces that on 15 April 2021, the Wynnstay ESOP Trust (the "ESOP") sold 24,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 491 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, the ESOP holding of Ordinary Shares is 16,834 representing approximately 0.08 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of above transactions.
