Dealings by directors and connected persons
On 2 February 2012, the Company announced the issue of 11,453 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 220p each pursuant to the exercise of certain SAYE options by employees. The Company confirms that 7,213 of these Ordinary Shares were issued to the Wynnstay Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust"), the trustees of which include Mr John Eric Davies, Mr Bryan Paul Roberts and Mr Edward Gareth Owen, directors of the Company and that, on 7 February 2012, the Trust sold 7,213 Ordinary Shares on behalf of option holders at a price of 368p per share.
Following these transactions, the Trust holds 38 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.001% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
