Director Dealings
Wynnstay announces that it was informed that the Wynnstay ESOP Trust (the "ESOP") today sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 562.25 pence per share. Ken Greetham and Paul Roberts, both directors of the Company, are trustees of the Wynnstay ESOP.
Following this transaction, the ESOP holds 52,256 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.27 per cent of the total current issued share capital of the Company.
