Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that on 03 April 2019, Jim McCarthy, Non Executive Chairman, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 299.00 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Jim McCarthy has a total beneficial holding of 34,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
