The 'Additional Listing' announcement released on 20 April 2009 at 16:00 under RNS No 8300Q has been amended to clarify that the application has been made for a blocklisting of 1,000,000 ordinary shares. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
White Young Green plc announces that application for a blocklisting has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each fully paid. These shares are to be held by the White Young Green plc 1999 Employee Benefit Trust and issued from time to time to satisfy awards made under the Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
