Senior Management Appointment

Weatherly announces that Mr John Sisay has been appointed CEO of Ongopolo Mining Limited, the Company's 97.5% owned subsidiary, which holds the mining licences relating to, inter alia, the Tschudi Mine and the Otjihase Project, as well as to the boards of a number of other Company subsidiaries.

The Company remains in administration and its ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
