The intention to appoint a Non-Executive Director was outlined in the Company'sadmission document dated 21 November 2005. Mr Bryant is Chairman of KP Renewables plc, Chairman of Gas Turbine Efficiencyplc and a board member of Attiki (Athens) Gas Company. Mr Bryant previouslyserved as President of Cinergy Global Resources Corp, responsible for allinternational business and global renewable power operations of this US basedelectricity and gas utility provider. Prior to joining Cinergy, Mr Bryant'sprofessional experience was gained with Midlands Electricity plc, as ExecutiveDirector, Generation, British Sugar plc, Drexel Limited, British Oxygen CompanyLimited and Unilever plc. Mr Bryant is a member of the Institute of Directors, aFellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds an MSc from Reading University anda BA from Nottingham University.
