Update on Premium Listing
Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L), the provider of sector leading expertise in software, consultancy and technology enabled outsourcing in its key markets, being Insurance, Telecommunications and their related sectors, is today providing an update on its proposed move to the Premium List.
As previously announced, the Company has been targeting a move from AIM to a Premium Listing; the Company and its advisors continue to work on achieving this target as soon as practicable.
Shareholders will be updated on progress and timing prior to, or on the date of Quindell's AGM on 19th June 2014.
