Notification of Major Interest in Shares
Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L), a leading provider of software, consultancy and technology enabled outsourcing in its key markets, being Insurance, Telecommunications and their related sectors was informed on 30 June 2014 that as from 27 June 2014, FMR LLC holds 41,246,516 ordinary shares of 15 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company (as reported on 30 June 2014).
