Westminster Group Plc announces that its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11am on 29 June 2017 at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB.
